Scooter Parts - Belts

If you ride and maintain your scooter properly, you could see a much longer life out of your machine.

          Most of our scooter belts are rated to last approximately 200 km with normal use.

          You belt is what drives the rear wheel when you twist the throttle to "go".

          Our 50cc line of scooters runs on a CVT transmission with a belt drive setup. As you twist the throttle, your clutch automatically engages the belt drive system which in turn propels your scooter forward.

          If you ride and maintain your scooter properly, you could see a much longer life out of your belts.

          Rough riding, power braking, jumping, loading the scooter with more weight than it is designed to carry, and other forms of abusive riding can decrease the life of your scooter belts substantially.

           One of the main causes for a decrease in scooter life is improper break-in of the machine.
